Anti-Corrosion Epoxy Paint Systems

We provide advanced anti-corrosion paint systems to complement our suite of corrosion protective surface coatings.

The anti-corrosive qualities of epoxy paint systems make them suitable for providing marine barrier protection on sub-sea equipment that will be permanently immersed or in the splash zone. Epoxy systems are also resistant to chemical attack, making them useful on equipment such as pipelines and chemical tanks.

A 'One-Stop Shop' for Surface Finishing

Our facilities have dedicated, environmentally approved areas for the application of paint coated finishes to ensure a high quality finish and long life span for the component. Our experienced and skilled artificers apply these finishes in strict adherence to the specifications demanded by individual customers.

The ability to offer these anti-corrosion paint systems in conjunction with other surface treatments and finishes gives our customers a “one stop shop” for all of their finishing needs.

Increase Component Life-Span using Anti-Corrosive Epoxy Coatings

We use premium quality paints and carry stocks of International, Ameron and Sigma epoxy systems which are regularly used in the engineering industries, and particularly the Oil and Gas industry for application to subsea equipment and offshore installations where corrosion protection is important.

Paint System Testing & Certificates of Conformity

As with our other services, we provide certificates of conformity for epoxy coated components as standard practice.

In addition to a standard visual inspection to ensure there are no surface defects, we would also include any specified testing results such as holiday testing, thickness testing using Elcometer 456 as per SSPC PA-2, and adhesion testing using Elcometer 106 as per ISO 4626.

Relative humidity and dew points are monitored closely at all of our facilities as part of our quality assurance procedures.
